Replacing humans with an intelligent tool….

We all knew in the team that we neither have time nor the capacity to implement a whole new application along our main platform that we provided for on-demand mobility providers. However this vision project was an excellent way to think through every aspect of our offering from a different lens and use it as a base for future projects.

However this vision project was an excellent way to think through every aspect of our offering from a different lens and use it as a base for future projects.

What's next?

The vision project is still waiting to be implemented. Even if priorities shifted, we as a team learned a lot during the process. Multiple features that we later developed for the core platform can be traced back to the service design tool vision project.
